Instructional Leadership

I coach staff, I don't just supervise them. As General Education Lead, I served as second in command over an academic department, supervising instructors across English, Mathematics, Psychology, and History. As Special Education Program Coordinator, I coach case managers to hold every file to the standard IDEA and Section 504 require.

Student Support

I built and ran behavior intervention plans across multiple elementary sites as a Behavior Specialist, training staff to de-escalate a moment before it became a crisis. I believe in structure, high expectations, and mental health support built into daily life, not bolted on after something goes wrong.

Operations and Finance

I manage a six figure operating budget as Executive Director, overseeing grant compliance and funder reporting while leading a team across programs and operations.

Community

I've built partnerships with World Vision, Lighthouse Church Houston, Victory Church Chicago, and Pastor Smokie Norful. I lead through service, not control. I ask more questions than I give orders, because I want ownership from my team, not just compliance.
